Does google very effective about content and PR ?
Google doesn't care much about PR & content it seems. For a least(high) competitive keyword, there are websites who do not have PR, their content was also not good. For me after taking a look at those websites, I wonder why we are following google guidelines. It seems they are purposefully using the keyword and their English is very poor. Those websites are occupying first two pages and good websites can't able to get into google serp and go unnoticed.
