Is there any such platform out there, where we can create .edu blogs for our personal use? suggestions and comments are much appreciated. Thanks.

You mean for backlinks or just for blogging? You can check out some WSO where some sellers sells a package of 10 or 15 edu blogs.

According to my knowledge there is no .edu blog creation platform. Mostly Blog platforms give their domain for free blog creation.
