Did you get effected from Google penguin update ?

hey warriors,

I have seen that Google penguin update was rolled out 2 days ago. Matt cutts had said before that the next penguin update will be jorring and jalting. But his tweet says that only 0.3% searches got effected ?
If you could read the last penguin update 2 days back Google Penguin Update 3 Rolled on Oct 6 2012 - 0.3% Queries Effected ! , You will come to know that he tweeted that only 0.3% searches got effected. What do you think ?

I do not think that he is giving the real idea to us. he is just telling that 0.3% of searches got effected !
What do you suggest ?

      yes this is right that he said 0.3% search got effect but on last conference, He said that next penguin update will be jorring and jalting !

    I see no reason not to believe him, I am not sure anyone can comprehend just how many searches are done on a daily basis. If you read what he said, this was only a data refresh.

      yes you are right that it was a data refresh so It means that next penguin update will be harsh ?

    Whatever the percentage is the searches are affected for sure.and Matt don't tell lies about anything.If he says the update is going to be huge its huge.Its not the end of updates its just the starting of a new spam free Era.

    I can see that Mat is updating on twitter about how much search result will be affected. The penguin 3 update is not over and its in process therefore those people who haven't seen any relevant changes in search results, you need to wait and watch.

    You have to remove traditional backlink like making your keyword an anchortext so that google will not penalized you.

    I guess I did, and you know what? bye Google, I am going to build links that give traffic. An interesting fact about the search engine traffic I was getting, was that high bounce rate it has. On the other hand, referral traffic have the lowest bounce rate, and make more conversions. Targeting big keywords is not longer a reachable goal without PPC. Have you noticed the awful domain crowding that recently appears in google when your a logged into your account? That is just awful, I am starting to work with bing.
