Im worried

Prior to the EMD bashing that Google done I only just started my new website like a week before. Its an EMD domain

BUT

Has good quality content on it and will continue to have good quality content on it.
I sell my services on it, with amazon affiliate and awaiting to be approved by adsense.

Will this still rank high in google? Or wont my EMD domain have any affect because this site is a proper site

Google will punish those emd that are good keywords but do not have quality content over topic. If you have good and quality content you should not worry.

If you have good back link and quality content , waiting for about 1-2 week later . you web site will be back to its original position !

I have an EMD site which is ranking #1 for its keyword, the site has around 30 pages of content, no backlinks except for 1-2 from some other forum which I created just to get the site indexed.
So, based on my experience, I can say that EMD still holds an edge, you just need to provide quality content. My site has maintained its ranking for the keyword even after recent EMD update.

I think you'll be fine. It's all about continuously adding fresh quality content, and quality backlinks.

Example.. I have a site that's 30 days old, is exact match, and is now ranking #1 page for a 40k exact search keyword.

Yup. I have a site which is emd that still ranks, and ranks even better since the update. The domain is 2 months old.

I have afew exact match domain sites with only 3 pages of content and they got slapped by Google and i understand why they were slapped.

Do you guys think i should add more content and backlinks will they come back up or should i just bin them and move on?

I still have an EMD on the first page in spot 2. As long as your site has the quality they need, the EMD algo won't hurt you, at least not from what I've seen with my sites.
