HELP : Review a site

Hello Guys,

Before I can even request you for help , let me make my intentions clear...By placing my link in this post, i have no intention to get a back link nor any attention.

I need your help in reviewing the site ( I need fresh eyes) and highlight the top issues that you think are .

Background : Lost all the rankings on sep 29th 2012.

    It is an EMD site.. really crappy one too. no real information, looks like you unzipped a cookie cutter template and tossed it up.

    Hi, I believed your site has not enough quality backlinks! As I checked on ahrefs.com only have 13 no follow and 5000+ of them are do follows! That is unnatural dude. Make sure give atleast 30 to 35 percent of No Follow links to your site. Do some .edu too and guest posting to popular and authority sites
