Has Google adwords gone mad?

Today while doing some research on Adsense, I found an ad
on top of Google search results which says 'We give you
an approved Google adsense account in 24 hours' ??
Because they can't use the word 'adsense' in their ad so
they're misspelling it intentionally. Not only this, that website
doesn't contain any contents except this advertisement.

When you apply for Adwords to display your ads, Google
show you a bible of their rules and drives you crazy, most of the times
BUT what about this ad? Is Google staff sleeping at this time OR
they've hired monkeys to perform this job now. LOL.

    It won't be long before they catch them. I often see quite a few of these ad's, all with different domain names.

    I wouldn't be surprised if the site owners were constantly changing there domain names once Google catches there Adwords antics.

    Sometimes ads are eligible to go live automatically without a review. I agree with Seadragon. This ad won't be up for long.
