Wordpress - Activate Plugins

Greetings,

I recently just installed a plugin on wordpress and activated it. However when I go to the plug in screen, I dont see the "settings" link,, (the one that allows me to change and modify this plugin)

Rather I just see "deactivate" and "edit"

Any suggestions?

My goal is to use this plugin called Lightbox Pop.

    Check in the menu down the left, under tools or settings maybe?

    The "Settings" tab is not on the plugin page, but in the left side on your dashboard (under the Tools tab). There are general settings, writing settings, media settings, etc. The settings for plugins appear under the default settings, but in the same column.
