    If dropping links on irrelevant forums is part of your SEO, you might want start with that.

      Are you really asking this question? If this is a legit post, there is a lot of reading that you need to be doing rather than trying to do Search Engine Optimization with out knowing what you're doing.

    IF its the site in your sig it has not been optimized at all. The on page sucks - not even keywords in the page title which is like Basic and I mean BASIC SEO

        I work in a very competitive niche and two of my competitors entire strategy is to follow our activities online. When we first posted Testimonials of our customers all of them got contacted. How can be build relationships with our customers on Facebook and other social media sites when our competitors may try to steal them away. We are a car exporter and most of our customers are dealers, corporations and NGOs and they are not very loyal. If they can get a better deal from someone else they gladly move their business so would love your ideas on how to build relationship in spite of cut throat competition.

    You said you did SEO, but what have you really done?

    Did you properly optimize your on-page content?
    Did you build links from article directories, blogs and targeted forums?
    Did you go to social media sites to promote your website?

    What have you done? There are a lot of things you need to do with link building before you see your SERPs increase, especially for a difficult niche like tech support.
