Google is a mess! Parked EMD domain is ranking!

Yeah, you heard it right! Google messed up on the emd update. I thought Google penalising EMD websites that are low quality but I found a website that are ranking on first page even it is PARKED! It's crazy.. It's a game keyword, you might want to checked the ranking below.

    Does it have quality backlinks? A while back I started link building to an EMD but forgot to ever put up the site and it was #1 pretty fast! It still is after the EMD slap, but it does have content now.
