  I use ahrefs.com and find it good. None of them will give you all the backlinks but ahrefs seens to be the most accurate.

Ahrefs indexes the most backlinks and at the quickest speed, I've built a backlink a day before and Ahrefs will index it within 24 hours.. OpenSiteExplorer only updates once a month so unless your site is a couple months old you won't see your backlinks come through for a good few months..
