How do you find your page?

I am a noob to SEO, so sorry if this is a basic question. I looked through the stickies and couldn't find what I was looking for though. I just want to know how to find out where my page ranks in the results for whatever keyword I'm going for. I obviously could look through all the results manually, but that could take hours. Is there a way to check this, or a tool to use to check this?

          Rank Tracker's official page

          Hey, OP!
When you track rankings, you just enter your keywords into the tool the same way you'd enter them into a search box.
