I have some websites with 100-300 visitors/each site/day. The problem is that I ads on those sites converts poorly because of untargeted traffic. There are no products or services related to those niches. Even adsense converts very badly.

Are there any common things that sell even if traffic is totally untargeted?

Traffic only converts/matters if it is high-quality. Nothing else matters.

What is high quality? Just saying high quality means nothing.

You need traffic that is interested in what you are selling, info
or products, and, getting ads for those people. But...anyone
is fair game for a click.

I don't know what high quality means.

You can't force a "high quality" person to click, or a "low quality"
      person to not click.

Google already takes care of the "low quality" and "high quality"
by putting ads out there that they think are close to the
      person's tastes, history, location, etc.

In fact, that's what makes adsense so great. You have a chance for
a click no matter who surfs in, if it is a real human surfer that is.

But not every surfer is high or low quality.

Most people who do not get clicks do not fail because of the
ads. They fail due to placement, size, location, integration, colors, etc.

Funny thing. I got two emails from google on the same site, same day,
giving me tips. First time I ever got 2 emails for the same site, the
      same day.

First one said to move my 728 block down a bit from the top, near
eye level. Ads at the very top get ignored a lot of times.

Second one said I should be using all 3 ad blocks on each page, as
I was missing out on chances of revenue. That site is the only
one I don't use all 3, just because the "content" is not geared for
easy 3 block integration. Google wants you to use all 3 ad blocks,
contrary to popular belief. They love the default colors as well, or
only slight variations. They also love image and text. And, they
also tell you not to block any advertisers or keep that at a minimum.
Don't block because your visitors are human and have histories and
locations that can skew ads. If you mess with this, you do run
      a risk.

In fact, if you listen to some advice here about asdense colors and
placement, you will fail miserably. A lot of people go against what
      google recommends you do.

Sounds like you need to get out of that niche if you cant convert. Doesnt matter how much traffic you get-if it doesnt convert why bother?

The traffic which you are having on your websites may not be Targeted, but it is definitely not low quality. As a result you can definitely make money with your traffic too, if you want. Find out what kind of traffic are these, and accordingly send them offers.
