Hey

I would like to make a small, noninvasive floating image that is a call to action button that floats in the corner of my screen, even when someone scrolls.

Here is a drawing I made:

Does anyone know if this is against googles rules?

(I want to do this instead of a call to action in most of the posts.. to avoid Panda.)

I think that the floating image doesn't against Google rules. There are plenty of sites that using the floating image and listed on Google. You can make a little research at Google. If the sites are on Google, there is no problem.

If a site violates Google's rules, Google will be deindex or penalize it.
