Manual link building question

A question to all SEO experts

I started to do manual link building for some of my new sites and the way I build links is this:

- manual top directory submissions
- manual blog commenting
- creating quality web 2 properties

I was wondering if I should build links to my web 2 properties as well. If yes - how would you suggest doing so?

    Hi,

    What your referring to is 'tiered link building' when you build links to your links.

    This is worth while doing as it strengthens your tier 1 links giving the more weight and authority.
