I want to have your valuable suggestion that out of the above noted 3 options which one i shall opt and work with, anyone if recovered their website from such updates kindly then share the important suggestion as in need...

I would choose the number 3 option. Just make sure to determine the low quality links to disavow.

If you're using EMDs... it's highly unlikely you're ever gonna rank those penalized domains again.

What should you do? Consider building an authority site, a brandable domain. You can and should target hundreds and thousands of queries with it, not just a couple like it's the case with EMD domains.

The higher the domain authority, the better results in the SERPS. You should also look into not being a Google slave. Build your own traffic sources. Do you think facebook or pinterest or .. any other big name online depend even 50% on Google traffic? That's where you need to be.

Is it possible to reduce dependence on Google? Currently I get 90% traffic from Google. I see that I rank extremely well on my search terms on Bing and Yahoo but it seems that my customers are all glued to Google. My customers are mostly based in Asia and Africa. What is your strategy to build Google Independence.

my suggestion , do on-page normally ( meta title , desc , keyword ) , no H1 no H2 , unique content , internal link embedded on article body , XML sitemap , contact us , internal link on footer , give 300 socialbokmark , 500 edu blogcomment , 10 high pr authority from page rank 7-9

I would go for option 3...

But reconsideration is rather for Penguin... otherwise Matt Cutts has admitted that they don't remove all penalties.

The question is how harshly the penalized you...

Under no condition would I go migrate to another domain. Not just because of penalty migration, but because of too much work and investments...

Does anyone think that option 2 shall be also considered or not required?

As i am afraid option 3 may take longer time and depending on mood of moderators at Big G Reconsideration team as they may even send automated replies too.

90% from Google is too much - that's a sure sign that your website is not popular. A good site will be getting around 50% traffic from Google (or less).

Here's the problem with 90% of visitors from Google..

It means they found no value in your website whatsoever. If they did, they would come back, right? It's your job to make it so...

Gabriel, I'm not talking about returning visitors, I have plenty of them and plenty of those who come to the site without any search engine referral. SOme are referred by friends and family. Some see my sticker on vehicles that are imported in their country and type in the url. Some find me through my blogs.

90% of search engine traffic is coming from Google even though I rank very highly on the same terms in Yahoo and Bing. This shows that the bulk of world users are hooked on Google and I cannot reduce my dependence on Gooogle.

Depends on the amount of spam links you have.... the amount of effort to remove them.. check out something like http://www.backlinkreport.net to analyze your link profiles.. remove spam links, etc.. the penguin strategy works... but if you say have 10,000+ spam links, it might not be worth it...

I think option 1 is also appropriate. I don't Think so that new domain also get passes penalty. AND if you found any risk in option 1 then option 3 is most reliable for SEO.

Penguin and Panda are so getting so confused for users. To make it simple , Panda relates to your on-page issues and content where as Penguin deal with you off-page issues like AT concentration etc.

Recently Goog had released both these updates on almost same day and it creates more confusion ..

301 , gives you a temp fix but penalties comes back in 15-45 days.

That's because these updates are not part of the Google ranking algorithm. Panda and penguin are filters, and they are refreshed after a month or so. So, if the filter missed your site in this update, it will get you in the next one!

I had read somewhere (I forgot that URL where I read it, but remember on what I read) that the following would be better idea to get out of Penalty :
(it may help you, just try and see, I didn't try this method still)

Do NOT change your domain or NO Re-directs, Only change your URL structure.
Create new pages/posts with different page URL, and post the existing article to those pages/posts (Do Content Transfer to your newly created pages from Old pages).

Write related articles and post on OLD pages (From where you transferred content to new page) and give a backlink to your new page from your old page too.

Apply this to all your inner pages that are important and has good content.

Then do some regular backlinks (Social bookmarks are better) for all your newly created pages and old pages and to main domain.

It may help you to get out of penalty.
