Can anybody recommend some free or paid software that will tell where and what keywords a website ranks for in Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.

Just to make this clear, I am looking for some software where you just enter the URL of the website (not keywords as well), and it comes back with where the website is ranked and for what keywords.

Any help or advice gratefully received.

Interesting but a bit of overkill for what I need. I just need something that will form the basis of a monthly report as an overview of where a website is ranking and for what keywords . This is so I can measure the improvements.

Okay. I misunderstood it. I thought you are asking to know what random keywords a website (competitor) is currently ranking.

hmm... try SEO quake. It's free. You can download and install it in whatever browser you are using. Once enabled, you'll see seo info in whatever site you've opened.

1. Try this service serpfox.com, it has free option to check ranking upto 10keywords.

2. Try these free online rank checking services, rankcheckerace.com and Rank Checker
