Help with link building

Hi Everyone,

I have been doing SEO on my site for some time now but its a very competitive industry so I'm still only page 2/3 (which is a massive impreovment to where we were)

Although, now I'm getting stuck for linking ideas. I know about directories, forums, blog commenting, video submission, facebook, all of which I do. Other than that I'm stuck for ideas.

Even when people suggest things I've heard of them but I dont know how to do it, like article posting and squidoo.

Can anyone give me any new ideas and how to do it!

    For article and squidoo you should have quality content to publish on them.

    I guarantee by you posting this thread your going to have TONS of people email / pm you with SEO Link Building offers.

    THEY ARE MOSTLY CRAP.

    Stick to what works, high quality relevant backlinks. You can build these yourself with a niche network. Its effective and will work (few know how to do it) but those that do are raking in the cash with top positions.

    I would be happy to explain this in more detail. But be warned, it is time consuming and more expensive then GREAT DEAL SEO SERVICES. The difference is this works and that doesn't.

    You need to get some real high PR, high link juice links. The best way to do that is either through guest posting or through building your own high PR network.

      On page is much more valuable to complete first before doing any backlinking. have you completed this in its entirety? If not, or you dont know how to do on page you will never rank in the top 5

    Do not use forum profiles, spam blog commenting, or low quality directories.

    Better off guest posting on niche blogs.

      Do you do any internal link building? Meaning do you have links on your pages that link to other pages on your site. Also are you doing backlinking to your site with the main keyword? You should be backlinking by using main keywords, LSI keywords, backlinking directly to the URL. If your blasting backlinks for one or two keywords google will notice that. Backlink using anchor text, etc
