How to determine if a keyword is less competitive?

Hello,
When I check adwords keyword tool I find lot of keywords with the mention low competition but when I google it I get millions of results. How to determine the right keyword to use?

That has nothing to do with SEO competition that tells you whether or not that are a lot of bids in Adwords for that keyword

You're going to want to look at PR, Age, Backlinks, Optimization and an array of smaller things

I recommend using a tool if you're not that experienced it could help you learn

Well, if you check the search results you can find many irrelevant results in it. It matches with any keyword in a site content and it shows it. Google is not so perfect still. This can be a perfect example.

Well ! There is a better option.

The best place to find the profitable keywords is looking at your competitor. Just try to find what the your competitor keywords and just play around.
