Ok, I am working with WordPress. Posting YouTube videos and writing content from the videos I post.

Should I put the word "Video" in the title or page description to let search engines know its a video?

I already have Google XML for video.

    if you have time, you can add [video] in the title and it's intended for the visitors and not for google. Hopefully if you add the video in the title, the visitor will have better user experience that will lead to high ranking in google. That plays a good factor in algorithm I believe
