I have two campaigns with the same LP and Keyword, though with different target countries. The two countries would have different bids and so the CTR.

Now, the question is: Would the bad stats [such as low ctr or quality score] on one campaign affect these of the other campaign?

If they are two separate campaigns, then they have nothing to do with each other, they are totally different campaigns and will not be viewed as one. Only viewed Individually.

    Agree with Nicholas.

The CTR being different doesn't mean much since you don't say if they are roughly the same average position. I'm assuming there is a big difference since you are bidding differently and your ranking is based in part on your bid.

Besides, QS is what matters. Yes, it's based mostly on CTR but taking your position and competition into account. Since you advertise in different countries, chances are your competitors are very different. Therefore your QS could be different as could your CTR for the same keywords and ads, even in the same position. If it is, there is a reason. As you are targeting different countries, assuming you are using the same ads, there's something about the ads that people in one country like more. The solution is to adjust your ads to make it more attractive for that country.

      Hi sarged2,

While they are separate campaigns, it is possible that a poor quality score on a keyword in one of your campaigns will effect the same keyword in a totally separate campaign. Quality scores are assigned to keywords within your account, so a poor Quality score history in one campaign will effect the starting Quality score in any new campaign. Additionally there is a quality Score for your overall account which effects any new keywords that you add to a campaign.

It is important to note that you Quality Score is based primarily on your historical keyword CTR as compared to your competitors, and is weighted toward your most recent performance so it will rapidly change based on how your ads perform. If you are writing compelling ads, testing, and managing them properly, you should have no problem overcoming any historical bias on your keywords.

If they are different campaign then there is no chance to effect anyone.
    Campaign1 runs in U.S.
    Campaign2 runs in Russia.
you are targeting two countries, so there is no chance to clash in the ads.

      Hi bouncer,

      That is only partially correct.

While they are separate campaigns in separate countries and will be compared to competition within those countries, that does not mean there no possible effect.

Bear in mind that QS is assigned to keywords in your account, regardless of the campaign. Also a poor keyword quality score not only impacts the keyword across all campaigns in your account, it also impacts all other keywords in all campaigns across your entire account, albeit to a lesser extent, but still a factor.

The quality score is defined for the overall campaigns and not just one campaign. you will get good quality score, if you have good performance in the past and vice versa.

How would you compare in this stage of two different campaign? I don't think so. There is not a single chance to affect on another. I think you should better use this Google Remarketing - How It Works killer strategies first. And try them on both of your campaign. And if you think you are benefited give some feedback here.
