How To Select Keywords For Inner Pages ?

Hey Friends My question first of all i want to know first we have to write the content for the site and after do keyword research or do we write content after keyword research for any fresh website ?

i am working one of gambling site , either i am working on gambling site or any other , there are some inner pages in which keyword research show one or two keywords that are just average in terms of searches and competition and that keywords are selected as per the inner pages content.

Do we have to select keywords according to the content and site or do we take additional related keywords to add in to our meta tag?

If we wish then we can also do off page seo activities with that content related keywords to get the pages indexed.

What is right or wrong..please put a light. How we have to choose the best keywords for any website ?

    Ideally you will want to choose your target keywords first and then start constructing your content around them. Of course you may be able to work other words in later but as a general rule of thumb, the keywords are the foundation and should be selected first. Remember to build a page around each tartgeted keyword that you have.

    pick some of the lower competition keywords in your list. surely you made a list of good keywords before you made your site. write on some of the smaller terms. quick and easy traffic
