Tracking Affiliate PPC Ads

I am using adwords to promote an affiliate product, the campaign started off profitable but continues to decline. I would like to delete some of my none converting adgroups but I do not know how to track them being that it is an affiliate product and I don't have access to the thank you page to insert a tracking code, How can I track my adgroups and keywords to find out which ones are converting sales, can this be done when promoting affiliate products? I appreciate all responses and thanks in advance.

      The tool mentioned above is very helpful in tracking your affiliate sales .

    Hi Mogulmap,

    The best way to keep all your tracking in your own hand and build a list in the mean while, is setting up a landing site with a squeeze page. Yes, you will lose some of the Adwords clickers on the way, but your list will make that all up within a few months. And you can track anything you like.

      Since starting affiliate marketing over 4 years ago I have always wondered how to find out exactly which keyword produced my affiliate product sales... I always wanted to be able to track the sale through from my Pay-per-Click Ad through to the product owners remote website thankyou page.

      Finally I have "cracked the code" of exactly how to do it, and I figured if I needed to know how to do it, then other serious affiliate marketers would also need to.


      What I am proposing to do is this:-

      I am going to put together a comprehensive training course on exactly how to do it - It will be called "Conversion Code Breaker".

      It will be a series of videos and will contain full instructions of how to do it - It will be just like as if you were looking over my shoulder as I set it up for myself - everything including how to set it all up, will be explained in full detail.

      So, before I put this course together I am doing an introductory survey to see if this is something you would really want, and if so, what format you would like it in, and how much are you prepared to pay, etc.
