How to get my EMD back on Google for main keyword?

So I have a website, not going to publicly mention it on here, but I was on the #1 spot for a main key phrase for about 8 months.

I was late on paying the hosting fees and my hosting went down for a week. My website was removed from google. After I paid the fees I could never get it back on google for its Exact Match phrase. I was making between 30-50 per day from it and now it is not even showing on Google even after a few months.

It still shows up as #1 on Bing. What should I do to get it to appear back on Google for its main keywords. Any suggestions?

    Just keep doing what you did prior to get it to rank #1 before you paid you're bill. You will eventually rank again.

    Just curious if you were number 1 before the EMD update or even after it. One of my EMD was hit and even though I dominated my main keyword and all its long tail versions, I was thrown on page 10, now I have gradually recovered but cannot graduate to top 5 slots of page 1. The site has recovered on all other keywords but persists in denying the prize.
