So I have this keyword

For example it would be somthing like

hair trimmer for men

the keyword "hair trimmer men" has tons of traffic and no competition, will including the word "for" change my results?

I doubt it, search engines are fairly "smart" about those sort of things.

As far as I know, "for", "or" and all the other words like these are called as stop words to the search engines and they does not have any impact over the search engine ranking.

Yes, there is not an issue in using that. There are so many keywords you can see in keywords research tool has no impact by using such stop words.
