Best tools for checking ranking of lots of pages?

Hey,
Done some research but couldn't find a good answer.
I've been using SEOMoz for a couple of months, but I find that their tools to check google ranking is not great, as it's using the campaign structure (i.e. unless I'm wrong, you can only "follow" as many ranking for specific keywords as you have set up campaigns).
What I want is to be able to track the ranking on google in specific countries for specific pages keywords for specific keywords). For ex rankings of: site.com for keyword mother in google.com & google.co.uk, site.com/es for madre in google.es, site.com/fr for mère in google.fr, site.com/it for mamma in google.it, site.com/de for mutter in google.de, etc. Naturally, all keywords will not be translation and I'm not looking for an automated solution doing the translations.
I know some software exist but cannot find those anymore. Keeping cost to the minimum is also important
