What is the best Link Wheel software?

We use SENUKE with our own custom scripts. SENUKEXCR makes it so you can uses macros to create your own posting scripts. Sounds complicated, but it's fairly straight forward. Tons of tutorials online too.

Does it post in the format below:

domain1 -> moneysite
domain2 -> moneysite + domain1
domain3 -> moneysite +domain 2
.
.
donain(n) ->moneysite + domain (n-1)

I dont want it to post as "Link Pyramid"

I suggest that don't fall in software stuff because it can be harmful for your website. There are many softwares but manual created will be always better than automated.

I'd suggest you to try magic submitter and gsa search engine ranker.

Here's good strategy for MS.
Tier1: Your money site
Tier2: web2.0, video sites to tier 1
Tier3: article sites, blogs, press releases, link directories to tier2
Tier4: social bookmarks, wiki sites, pligg/eligg bookmarks to tier3

For GSA:
Extract all of your MS tier3/4 campaign's live links and load them into GSA to diversify.

I would second what TheProgrammer suggested. Magic submitter supports most of the platforms you listed. That, along with GSA should be enough for your needs

I will not suggest you any software, don't go for using any software otherwise your site can get penalized or slap from Google.

I would not direct links from any software to your site. You should also drop the link wheel idea.

Link wheels make it very obvious that you are building your own and doesn't look natural at all.

when doing your SEO, think of what comes most naturally.

Link wheel creation with software is not good idea. Somehow it will come in spamming. Even i leave this technique. Simple blogging is best way.

Although I can suggest you to use SENuke as I have used it in the past(till April 2012), I would rather say you do it manually for the better future. Going Manual is the best for SEO in 2013.
