help... site in high pr network has dissapeared backlinks

Hi,
Ive come across a few sites that i buy for purpose of high pr network,
that when i check link in spyglass, i click to see backlink url to see if i can actually see the backlink on page but most i dont see it.

Why is this?
And why does spyglass report the link when its not there anymore? Doesnt it update?

    Are you sure it is not an image link?

    If it is not an image link, check out the text-only version of the site. You might have an easier time finding it that way.

    I am sure this must be image link...someone tried to make me fool. Made image link and asked me for money...
