newbie tip

I probably saw this on here, but I'll post in case someone here is more green than me. If you need some super quick back links and good traffic for a new site, post in wikipedia. I can't even believe the traffic I'm getting for a site I launched Monday. Google hasn't even the indexed the site, even though they've had a proper site map for some time. It also seems to have sped up my Alexia and other random engine scans and listings. What normally took 2-3 weeks has taken 3-4 days. So thanks to whoever gave me this tip in the first place.

Yes, Wiki is a good place to bring you some good and quality traffic.

But, I guess it is more a personal preference of the editor to let that link remain or remove from the post.

if you have a useful site related to the wiki page there should be no reason for the editor to delete it

Yes Wiki would be one of the best to put your post as long as it will stay there. But then what the heck if it can get index quite easily and fast. For the traffic, it is indeed a very excellent and targeted traffic.
