WordPress For Squeeze Page better SEO?

Is it better to use wordpress for a squeeze page or landing page for Adwords PPC? Isn't wordpress more SEO and doesn't google like wordpress?

Also, is there wordpress squeeze page templates where the page is simple without sidebars. I ask this because every wordpress template I find has side bars and I don't know enough code yet to take them out....

I really like the look of wordpress and would also like to know how to take a wordpress template and change it to a simple CCS+HTML page without having to install it on a SQL data base.

    If you want to use a wordpress page outside of wordpress, simply copy the css page in your root folder and copy it wherever you want it (change the name). Then create a new html file and just make sure you reference the css file and this will pull all the features onto your page. Hope that helps.

      Thank you! I'm still learning html and css but every little bit helps.

      I did find a plugin for wordpress squeeze page but don't know if I can post the link here. It's free and it's just what I was looking for.

    Nice idea you can use other Web 2.0 properties as well for squeze pages as they get ranked quickly and higher in SE

      Any you specifically recommend? Certainly Google seems to love Squidoo, Hubpages etc, but what works best in this context?
