Themeforest is great. Sort by sales volume to get the best themes with the most support. The more popular a theme is, the more likely there will be Questions and Answers for that particular theme.

There are hundreds if not thousands websites where you can find wordpress themes.

My recommendations for themes:
Free: Wordpress.org

Paid: WooThemes, ElegantTheme, ThemeForest

There are a lot more but I mostly use these themes because they looks nice, are easy to use and can be adjusted for your needs if you know little or nothing about coding.
