Copyscape percentage for on-page

I have been going through some of my on-page recently and it occured to me that I should check it through copyscape. Well, after doing so I get some results back but the percentage of 'same words' was between 7% to 20%.
is this somethings that I should be worried about? at what percentage would the on-page content be considered not unique?
