Is it possible to get unlimited PPC traffic to a keyword that has a very low search count like "91" exact or even the dreaded "not enough searches"?

In other words would paid traffic do the job regardless of what the keyword tool says about search count.

This really confuses me.

The only way is to try a hit and miss approach.

There is no way around the not enough searches, but
search volumes change. I think it's averaged over 12
months anyway, or at least it used to be. Probably something
    that people overlook, BTW.

Just keep tossing up keywords on the floor and see
if the cat licks it up. You could do a bunch and see
how often or when some get unsuspended.

But what good is unlimited, if you get 1 showing each month?

You can get unlimited traffic for real words if you have enough cash.

You're totally right Paul it's still averaged over a 12 month period so is very misleading when people base their keyword research around Google's keyword tool. (Yes I know you've said time and again that people shouldn't do it anyway lol).

To give an example, I am now ranking on spot 2 of google for a term that the Keyword tool says gets 9,900 exacts a month. However, i'm not getting more than a few hits a day from it max. I then did some further research in Google trends and see that it has been dead for the last 2 months but tends to get more popular in the summer months (no idea why as it's not really a trending term but that's what it shows!).

You can expand potential PPC traffic by not doing an exact match in AdWords. 91 Exact searches in the tool doesn't mean there are not a lot of other relevant searches, such as phrase match or other similar phrases. You may be looking too narrowly.
