PPC help- Does BreezeAd work?

Recently i found a really cheap PPC advertising site here- BreezeAds.com - Online PPC Advertising Contextual Network, about $0.15-0.25 per click on almost any niche, my question is does it work if you are trying to promote squeeze pages or direct affiliate offers? Has anyone ever tried this, please give me some feed back. Also what about other advertising sites that are similar, like BidAdvertiser. Please share your experience , i'm quite new to PPC and IM in general, i need some experienced opinions b4 i start investing money to those sites.
