ok..
actaully i was penalized by google on their recent update..my ranking went down and is now not even visible even in top 30 pages..

all this change i have made after the update..

any suggestions how should i get my rankings back for this particular website??

  Yes I think because of over optimization and keyword stuffing you got penalized. Your website is looking nice and clean now. You should try to get links from high Pr dofollow relevant websites and keep in mind don't try to build too many.

Well for me, it seems, some inner pages' titles are filled with target keyword example
shrishtiassociates.com/services.html

Take care of it, and why don't you do branding yourself? Like your title + Shrishti-Associates
"Shrishti-Associates" - Make is as your brand, it works well... Simply include it all pages' title along with relevant title to every pages...

It seems to me you have several duplicate titles. Use unique titles for each page, it works!

Build some links, to be more clear. As first step go for more social bookmarks, then leave a gap of few days, go for article blogging or article submissions and leave few days gap and then go for some more bookmarks. At that time, you SHOULD have seen better improvements... - But spread above mentioned methods for a month or so.
