[Need Help] Google Places Convert into Google+ Local

Hi guys I need help in Google+ local can anyone tell me can I use my personal Google+ account for local listing or I need to set and Google+ for business?

I also want to know how I get rank in Google search with my local Google+ local...

Now the Google+ didn't allow me to use my business name into my main title!!

    Generally you have to have a physical business location in order to take advantage of the local listings. The reason they probably didn’t let you use a business name in the title of your profile was because you were signing up for an individual account and not a business account.
