Is it bad to get a backlink from a foreign site?

Hi, I noticed that I have a backlink from a PR 4 site that's all in Chinese.

Will this affect my site at all? How did I get a backlink there? Beats me.

Don't worry about 1,2 or 20 backlinks unless your total number of backlinks is also very low

You should have no problem. Rather than focusing on whether or not it is foreign . I would recommend focus more on what your entire overall portfolio of Backlinks looks like.
