Why does the YouTube keyword tool SUCK - "Not Enough Data"

Is there a reason for the constant errors, all I get when searching under "Exact" is that damn ANNOYING -> "Not Enough Data" in the YouTube keyword tool? Are there no other alternatives, instead of using the YouTube keyword tool?

      I don't think there is such a thing, I hope someone can help though. Having to compare keywords based on results is not good.
