why one website associated with google webmasters and google analytics account ?

What is the use of it especially google webmasters account ?

If one not having google webmasters account then what it will affect to the website ?

Analytics shows you the website traffic, revenue, transactions, etc. stuff. Also it is always advised that a website should have Analytics. Webmaster tool helps you find out your site's backlinks, errors in your website and other technical stuff.

  I love Google analytics and sometimes I can get quite hooked to it. It's great for getting an overall view of your site if you really go into it.
  
  For example: Lets just say you have an overall bounce rate of 40%. Your homepage may have a bounce rate of 15%. But what if people don't just land on your homepage? Some internal pages may have a bounce rate of 70%. You can use it it identify the pages an then inprove them.
  
  Result: Overall bounce rate is improved and better user experience for you visitor which could lead to more conversions.
  
  Remember it's not just telling you about your site it's also telling Google.

I use Google Analytics for tracking Adsense earnings per individual pages. GA also tells me exactly which referring external sites sent me traffic & how much Adsense money those external sites/traffic generated, you can't get detailed info. like that in the regular Adsense account. I could care less what Google knows about my site traffic, I'm sure Google has more data from having Adsense on the site/pages than GA will show.

Webmaster tool let us know about website's errors and analytics simply provides complete overview of a website's traffic.
