Have you looked at WhatsMySerp.com? It will allow you to have 25 keywords per domain, up to 10 domains, and graphs the last 30 days automatically so you can see trends.

It also checks the top 300 google results and does not require proxies. Plus it is a completely free site.

After i saw you post i have use the tool mentioned by you it was nice and easy to use.
in that tool we can also check keyword density.

SEO SERP and whatsmyserp are some good free toold to check organic ranking.In paid tools,I think seomoz rank checker is best and trusted tool.

There are many tools in the market and you get it by googling it as "Free rank Checking Tools", its always suggestible to perform manual rank checking process for knowing the ranking of the keywords that gives you correct picture of the keyword rather than going for the tools, if you still want to know the ranking using tools then opensite explorer.

Hey I used Rank Tracker by SeoBook.com back in the day.

Pretty accurate and could track not just Google.com but every other type out there too like Google.co.uk, Google.in etc.
