Help with Keyword Winner

I have keyword winner as a plugin in wordpress.
It keeps giving me 0 finds so seems not to connect with google. I have check and checked and all seems fine. I have sent a mail but have no reply.
Any suggestions?

    my keyword winner worked win first purchased and now fails to connect also. I will write and ask for support...
    but from what you have stated it seems as if that will not help, if they are not replying.
