Why Adsense clicks not showing

Hi

Looking at my adsense account is showing only one click so far this month. When I check my statcounter, I can see I had at least 12 clicks yesterday, and about the same, the day before that.

Why would these clicks not be registering?

I may be mistaken, but the stats you're looking at on statcounter may be showing ALL of the outbound clicks from your site. It may not even be tracking the adsense clicks at all.

If you think there's an error in the clicks adsense is registering, you can try contacting their support: Contacting Support - AdSense Help

Other than that, I can't really say what's going on. Sorry. :p

It's impossible for statcounter to track Adsense clicks. Google doesn't own statcounter.

Sounds like your confusing page-views with clicks, which statcounter is also probably counting page-views from bots (not traffic).

Not sure my self, but in statcounter, if you look in the "visitor paths" section, it also shows you the exit links. If a visitor clicks on an amazon link, google ad, or any sort of outbound link and exits the page, it shows up. Unless I'm misunderstanding it.
