How to collect broad keyword data at a keyword level?

Hey guys,
If doing some affiliate marketing and I'm bidding on exact, phrase and broad but I want to collect the data the broad and phrase keyword variations generate at a keyword level.
So if I'm bidding on "red boots" and someone clicks one of my ads from typing in "buy red fluffy boots" I want to collect that keyword to I can add it as an exact keyword into the campaign.
Not sure if google analytics does this or not. Can anyone recommend a tool or way to do this?
