Problems with Rankings & Permalinks HELP!

Hey guys,

I am building a new site since 3 month now. Slowly climbing up the rankings also with my subpages. All of a sudden I dropped rankings and the pages of my site I find in google have strange Permalinks like:
xxxx.com/id-53 or something. What's happening here? Do I have to change my permalinks again?

    Have you cross check if your permalinks setting are still the same..?

      I lost a lot rankings now finding weird sites. Sometimes the News Section for the review of another product, and those /id-xxx stuff..
