Any reason why you're targeting bing specifically?

In general you use search engine optimization to improve rankings in search engines. Make sure your pages you are trying to rank contain the keyword in the html tags and titles, and in the article. Then you need to create quality back links to it.

In Hong Kong,the most popular search engines is yahoo or now bing.

For Yahoo & Bing focus on quality and quantity (back links)... It surely counts.

Google’s algorithms are the most refined ones, so if you do on-page and off-page as you’d have done them for Google, then the improvements in Bing will follow as well. However there are just a few points you may pay special attention to while targeting Bing as the primary search engine.

Just keep in mind that Bing value so-called ‘editorial backlinks’ over other backlinks, which basically means that a link should be surrounded with a body of text in the article. Overall, Bing places more value on sites which have a lot of content and are, sort to say, text-rich. In addition to favoring ‘editorial links’, Bing are also captious about relevancy between a site in question and the one linking to it.

I’d also considered getting an EMD to rank in Bing or at least using the main keyword in a domain name, because on Bing search results exact domain matches appear rather frequently. But, generally speaking, the ranking mechanisms in Google and Bing are very similar – the ranking position is to a great extent corresponds to quality of site’s content and its backlink profile.

remember that bing and yahoo (almost same thing) focus more on emd and name thing than backlinks. I have few emd ranking well on these but nowhere on google. Infact some inner pages rank pretty well too.
