No WSO is going to help you make a ton of money off PPC, you have to test it yourself. I recommend you start with 7search and use penny clicks. Try testing different campaigns, then test them again. Find out what works and what don't. Remember you are buying data, not expecting to make a fortune. You are buying penny or nickle clicks to see what works. TRACK EVERYTHING!!!

By the way, I just saved a bunch of money by switching my car insurance.

There is no definite answer for that. Not even close. In fact, most of those new to PPC lose quite a bit of money before having a positive ROI.

I recommend starting with Bing Ads or POF. Tracking is a must. Without tracking you're just going at it blindly. Prosper202 is a good platform for tracking and it's free, but you'll need to host it. Test everything and then test it some more...

I recommend just doing a Google search on how to use Google Adwords effectively. You will find different ways to rank keywords and decide where to spend your money.

Some things to focus on are your return on investment and how attractive your offer will look to someone who clicks through to it. Also, make several Google searches and find what other related companies and websites do on Adwords by clicking through to their website.

I have had much success using adwords in the past but now I primarily use ppc in bing and yahoo...

I have never tried facebook ppc but have heard people are having a lot of success there.

It really depends what you are promoting I suppose, but like the above poster said, start off small, test, then you can ramp it up after.

    Hope that helps.

Alot of good info here, but I would never throw a newbie to the big fish, they will suck your bank account dry in a matter of hours. Start small with penny clicks, till you find a winning formula, then you can experiment with Google/Bing/Yahoo

Those penny clicks won't do much good if they don't convert. 7Search is mostly junk traffic. You have to know how to block all the bad Sub IDs to even have a chance. This is an extra hassle, especially for those just starting out at PPC.

I never understood why so many members on here recommend 7Search when starting out.

If I were you I would invest the money in solo ads rather than doing PPC - you'd still be paying per click, but you'll build an actual list and make money both on the short term and the long term. It's true though that this only works in some niches (IM mostly).

Perry Marshall and Howie Jacobson both have good, thorough and authoritative books on PPC (neither costs more than $50 or so). Both of them have advanced courses on PPC and other areas. Go through those books and you won't lose. My newest client learned his stuff from Perry Marshall and has a sensible, hard working website turning over $4m on PPC traffic. It took him 10 years. He has a living, and he has learned a lot.

I recommend Traffic Black Book if you're just starting with PPC. You should also learn how to track your campaigns and optimize them.

There's no guarantees on profit you can make with PPC. But ones you get it right, you'll know that there's no limits as well.

It takes quite a bit to master PPC, mostly 4 areas.

    1) Your ability to find targeted traffic
    2) Your ability to get cheap clicks
    3) Your ability to capture leads on your landing page
    4) Your ability to convert those leads into sales

As always make sure you track everything, there's no room for error in this competitive field.

    Best of luck!

If this is your first time I would highly reccomend trying POF ads because atleast in my opinion it is extremely easy to use, this is where I made my first profit online. 7 search is also easy but the quality of the traffic is pretty low...I would rather use Google adwords though.

    Goodluck

I would keep a tight grip on that 1K. I've been making my living on the net for almost 20 years but I've never had success with buying traffic in any form. Some people do really well I imagine, but I don't know any of them. It's not easy at all to turn a profit this way, IMO there are easier ways for you to make money with that 1K. Just my 2 cents...
