try going to fiverr and paying $5 to build link wheels. In fact invest $25 weekly / monthly to build links.

You should work in your way what is possible per week by working 10 hours. You can try to build some blog commenting link too. It will be helpful.

  Why do you have clients but you're questionable about what to do? I would only have clients if my method is solid, experimentation done on my OWN sites so I know what works.
  
  Outsource the work if you must, stay away from shoddy workers on Fiverr (might ruin the link profile of the site) or else give the client his money back. You should know SEO prior to having signed a client.
