Google Index-Ahref Not Showing it_WHY

I built some web2.0 backlink with keyword pointing to lets say site X, When i check the url of the web2.0 links on the search engine its index but when i check for links pointing to site X @ ahref and backlinkwatch I dont see the link coming from web 2.0.. Why is it like that. What could be the problem.

    ahrefs opensite majestic are all third party crawlers, who knows if and whem or if ever they will crawl and find links, they all could and do even show different results.

    Like Lanx pointing out... Backlink checkers have NOTHING to do with Google. They also have nowhere near the resources that Google does to crawl and index the internet. For example, one of my sites has over 270,000 links pointing to it according to WMT. Ahrefs says I have around 3700.
