What is the recommended percentage for Anchor Text?

I've read that it would be something like the following:

20% Exact Matches (main keywords)
20% Partial Matches (variation of main keywords)
30% Generic (click here, visit website, etc.)
30% URL Matches (http://www.domain.com , www.domain.com , domain.com)

Do you agree?

    Nobody knows for sure but what you have suggested is reasonable and will probably avoid getting you an over optimization penalty.

    Create links naturally, don't decide any percentage, work according to websites, if you think you should put exact keyword in particular section then do it otherwise you can vary your anchor text
