    Prosper 202- it is hosted on your server. Better control over data. more secure.
    Tracking 202-Hosted on third party server

    The their difference is ,

    Prosper 202 can be downloaded and is hosted from your server , while
    Tracking 202 is hosted on the owners site .

    It is really one of the best free tracking tools available for affiliate marketing .
