I have a website,but can i use other tools to check my backlinks other than google webmaster tools?

ahrefs.com this is the best website to check your backlink ever simply just key in your website url and it will show up all the backlinks indexed.

If you are only checking your own site, why would you not use Webmaster Tools? It will give you far more data than any of the 3rd party tools.

If it is yours site than nothign is better than Google webmaster tool as mentioned above. But if you're looking for GUI based tool then take a look at SEO spy glass.

Some good suggestions are already given to you. I have founded Alexa.com which does provide some good information about backlinks. It shows the actual total number of backlinks but only a limited number of backlink sources.
